|In November, we notified all WebEOC users that the current Healthcare WebEOC System was transitioning onto the North Carolina Emergency Management SPARTA WebEOC Server, and that the current system would be decommissioned on January 1st.
All active users (users who had accessed the system in the last 365 days) on the old system were notified in December of their new username and password on the new WebEOC Server.
If you received a new username and password: You don't need to read any further and you can delete this email. Additional information will be sent to you via e-mail regarding additional details about the final transition to the new server.
If you did not receive a new username and password and you need access to the WebEOC system: Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Check your Spam Folder: Your spam filter may have caught your username and password in December when we sent out credentials. You can check your spam filter to see if you received an e-mail from email@example.com on December 15th or December 17th. If that does not work...
Step 2: Check to see if you have a User Account on the new system: Go to https://www.ncsparta.net/eoc7/ and use the "forgot username/password" link to retrieve your username. Click on the retrieve username link and enter your official email in both text boxes and hit submit. If you have a user account on the system, you will receive an e-mail with your username. Use that username and the temporary password of Password$1 to access the system.
Step 3: Submit a User Transfer Request: Use the button below to submit a helpdesk ticket to have your user account transitioned from the old system into the new system. This will trigger a work order and we will get your user account setup on the new system.
- If that password does not work, reset your password using the same link.
- If you receive the "WebEOC was unable to retrieve your username" error, please proceed to Step 3 below.
