How do I request an Incident for my organization?

For no notice events, you do not need to request an incident to be able to get started with WebEOC.  There are temporary incidents within WebEOC which are available for immediate use.  If you choose to use a temporary incident to get started immediately, send an e-mail to support@ncwebeoc.com so that we may change the name of the incident.

For other incidents that are not an emergency, the most effective way to request an incident on the system is to complete the form found at http://ncwebeoc.com/incident-request/
